Oh no! It didn't work out? Here's what to do now:
We are sorry that your purchase didn't work out for you like you hoped. We understand. We are happy to offer you a 30-day (from original online purchase date) return policy on all regular priced items. ALL RETURNS WILL BE REFUNDED ON ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT.
All SALE items will be final sale and not eligible for return.
Items will only be eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:
- all items must be unworn and in original condition
- all UPC labels/price tags and brand tags must be attached
- all items must be received within the 30-day return window
You can return item(s) by mail or in person at our Collegeville storefront. For in-store returns and exchanges, please have your online order confirmation or invoice with you.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you would like to make an exchange please email [email protected] to discuss options. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
Why haven't I received a refund?
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
